Teo” as don Miguel likes to call it, is short for Teotihuacan –

a Nahuatl word that means

“where humans awake and become God”.

 

 

The Dreaming House is a sanctuary where dreams and reality merge. Behind a gated wall in the village of San Sebastian Xolopan, adjacent to the ancient city of Teotihuacan, lies the Casa de los Sueños. Within its spacious compound are a dozen rooms decorated with the art of Mexico’s past, both recent and distant. The rooms have modern conveniences, but no modern annoyances. The atmosphere is reminiscent of the house of donJuan’s warrior's party, as described in the books of Carlos Castaneda, Meals are traditional and artisanal Mexican food prepared with skill and love. It’s a magical place for a magical time.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

A $500 Deposit from any payments made is retained and non-refundable if you should choose to cancel.

Before 90 days to the arrival date of 8/3/2024, you are eligible to receive a full refund except for the $500 deposit.

Less than 90 days to the arrival date of 8/3/2024, cancellations are non-refundable.

We make deposits and payments to our vendors prior to the trip to secure hotel, travel, and other bookings. Therefore, these cancellation policies are strictly held in place. The best way to secure your full investment is by purchasing trip insurance from a reputable third-party provider.

 

A sample of a day in Teo...

7:30 Labyrinth, meditation

8:30 Breakfast

9:00 Depart and walk to the grounds. Several hours mixed with contemplative meditations, ceremony, discussion, emotional processing, and teachings.

2:00 Return to the Dreaming House. Large home cooked meal

3:00 Free time. Rest, reflect on the day’s process, journal, get a massage, socialize, shop in town….

6:30 Evening class at the Dreaming House

8:30 Light dinner/snack

 

Arrival:

Plan to arrive at the Benito Juárez International Airport in Mexico City (MEX) before 2:00 pm Saturday. A driver will pick you up with the others and take you to the Dreaming House.

Departure:

The formal teachings will finish with a ceremony Fridaymorning. Then we relax in the afternoon, shop, and enjoy a fiesta in the evening. Departure is on Saturday. Plan for your return flight to depart late morning or early afternoon. If you need to catch an earlier flight, arrangements can be made to get you to the airport on time.
